摘  要:采用曝气微电解对焦化废水进行预处理,试验结果表明:当焦化废水调节pH值2~3,反应停留时间120min,H_2O_2(30%)投加量500mg/L,铁屑与炭料之比为1.5:1时,进水COD_G为24800mg/L,NH_3-N为12000mg/L,色度为225倍时,出水COD_G为11360mg/L,NH_3-N为6924mg/L,色度为30倍。反应器的COD_G去除负荷达到88.76kg/ m^3·d,NH_3-N去除负荷达到33.52kg/m^3·d,废水的可生化性得到提高,BOD_5/COD_G由0.14提高到0.35。The processes of aeration micro-electrolysis was studied in pre-treatment of coking wastewater. The results showed that, when pH value 2-3, reaction time 120 minutes, dosage of H2O2 500mg/L, Fe/C 1.5:1, the contents of CODc. and NH4-N and color were degraded from 25000mg/L to 11360mg/L, from 12000 mg/L to 6924 mg/L,from 225 times to 30 times. The removal loading of CODcr and NH4-N were 88.76 kg/m^3/d and 33.52 kg/m^3/d respectively. The biodegradability of coking wastewater could be increased. BOD5/CODcr was increased from 0.14 to 0.35.
