摘  要:采用松节油为芯材、明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,运用复合凝聚法制备了一种具有核-壳结构的皮革防霉剂。研究了pH值对明胶和阿拉伯胶复合凝聚的影响,绘制了明胶和阿拉伯胶的pH凝聚区间图;讨论了温度、时间、转速和表面活性剂的用量等对乳液稳定性和粒径的影响,确定了乳化的最佳条件:50℃、15min、转速为900r/min、表面活性剂为4%;分析了产品的显微形态,产品具有核-壳结构,粒径在10~30μm左右。应用结果表明,该防霉剂具有较好的效果。A leather mould inhibitor with nuclear - shell structure was prepared by complex coacervation, with turpentine as the core material and the mixture of gelatin and gum acacia as the wall material. The influence of pH value on complex coacervation of gelatin and gum acacia was studied and the pH interval of coacervation graph was drawn. The influence of temperature, time, rotational speed and dosage of surfactant on latex stability and particle size was discussed. The optimal emulsifying conditions are as follows: temperature is 50℃ ; time is 15min; rotation speed is 900r/min and surfactant dosage is 4%. The micro - shape of product is analyzed, which shows that it has nuclear -shell structure whose grain diameter is in 10 -30 μm. The application shows the mould inhibitor has better mildew preventive effect.
