摘 要:在体重约7 kg的28日龄断奶仔猪基础日粮中分别添加0.5%,1.0%,1.5%的中草药渣,与对照组比较,日增重分别增加5.04%(P>0.05),12.28%(P<0.05)和7.72%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低6.01%(P<0.05),9.29%(P<0.05)和7.10%(P<0.05),腹泻率分别降低29.95%(P<0.05),46.19%(P<0.01)和34.52%(P<0.05)。添加1.0%的中草药渣组与对照组比较,肠道内乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数分别增加47.33%(P<0.05)和83.95%(P<0.01),大肠杆菌、梭菌数分别下降41.35%(P<0.05)和29.93%(P<0.05);血清TP,ALB,GLO含量分别提高13.37%(P<0.05),12.40%(P<0.05)和51.07%(P<0.01),BUN含量降低15.84%(P<0.05),血清GPT,GOT,ALP活性分别提高9.45%(P<0.05),20.10%(P<0.05)和31.85(P<0.05);血清IgG,IgA,C3含量分别提高16.56%(P<0.05),18.31%(P<0.05)和33.33%(P<0.05)。日粮添加中草药渣对血清CHO,TG3,HDL,LDL,VLDL,IgM,C4含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。One hundred and forty-four weaning piglets were selected to study effects of adding Chinese herb residues in diet on growth, intestinal microflora and immune function. The results showed that addition of 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% Chinese herb residues in base diet increased daily gain by 5.04% ( P 〉 0. 05), 12.28 % ( P 〈 0.05), and 7.72% ( P 〈 0.05),respectively, decreased feed gain ratios by 6.01%( P 〈0.05), 9.29%( P 〈0.05), and7.10%( P 〈0.05), respectively, and reduced diarrhea rates 29.95%( P 〈0.05), 46.19%( P 〈0.01)and 34.52%( P 〈0.05),respectively as compared with the control group. Addition 1.0% Chinese herb residues increased the amounts of colonic Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria by 47.33%( P 〈0,05) and 83.95%( P 〈0.01 ) ,respectively. It also decreased Colibacillus and Clostridia by 41.35 % ( P 〈 0.05) and 29.93 % ( P 〈 0.05 ), respectively, and increased the contents of TP, ALB and GLO in serum by 13.37%( P 〈0.05),12.40%( P 〈0.05) and 51.07%( P 〈0.01) ,respectively. It decreased BUN by 5,84%( P 〈0.05) and increased GPT, GOT and ALP levels by 9.45%( P 〈0.05), 20.10%( P 〈0.05) and 31.85 % ( P 〈 0.05) , respectively. It increased the concentrations of IgG, IgA, and C3 in serum by 16.56% ( P 〈0.05), 18.31% ( P 〈 0.05) and 33.33 % ( P 〈 0.05) , respectively. The results also indicated that addition of Chinese herb residue did not affect the contents of CHO, TG3, HDL, LDL, VLDL, IgM and C4 in serum.
