摘  要:试样以混合熔剂熔融、酸化定容后,对硅锰合金中硅、磷进行系统分析。以硝酸、氢氟酸溶解试样,在大量磷酸存在情况下,用高氯酸氧化Mn2+为Mn3+后,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定分析锰量。与国家标准方法相比,本法具有操作简便、准确性好,速度快,成本低,测定范围宽等特点。The sample is melted, acidized and determined capacity by mixed solvent, the elements of silicon, phosphorus and manganese in silicon - manganese alloy are systematically analyzed. The sample is dissolved by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, in the presence of large quantfies of phosphorus acid, the manganese ( Ⅱ ) is oxidized into manganese ( Ⅲ ) by HCIO4, and the content of manganese is measured by ferrous ammonium sulfate standard solution. Compared with the national standard method, this method is simple to operate, high accuracy, rapid speed, low cost, and wide measure confines.
