摘　　要：介绍了氨合成系统工艺流程及合成塔内温控点分布情况,分析了废热锅炉、合成塔内件、滤油器、冷凝塔等设备在检修中发现的问题,提出了相应的处理、改进和防范措施。Author has introduced the process of ammonia synthesis system and the distribution state of temperature control in ammonia converter, and analyzed the problems of equipment of waste heat boiler, converterg internals, oll filter and condenser etc. , existed in repair and maintenance, the appropriate measures of treatment, improvement and preventation.
