摘　　要：层次分析法(AHP)是解决无结构决策问题的有效方法。为了有效利用亚洲银行贷款促进中国农村公路建设,在资金有限的情况下,运用AHP方法,对中国部分省区的农村公路建设进行了综合量化评价,并排出了农村公路投资优先项目的顺序,以便从若干投资项目中进行选择,以发挥最大投资效益。The Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） is the most effective way to resolve the issue of no -structure decision. In order to make effective use of the Asian Bank loan to promote the Chinese rural road construction, it is put forward that one should make the comprehensive quantitative estimate on the rural road construction of some provinces in China by AHP, give the order of the priorities for rural road investment, and make choices from a number of investment projects to maximize investment returns.
