摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺部感染患者的观察护理对策。方法对56例老年肺部感染患者治疗的同时,重视全身综合性护理,根据疾病的不同阶段的不同表现制定出相应的护理计划及对策,给予科学有效的健康指导。结果56例老年肺部感染患者治愈39例,好转17例。结论做好合理化护理是改善患者预后,提高生活质量的重要措施之一。Objective To explore the nursing strategy of the aged people with pulmonary infection. Methods Fifty-six patients with pulmonary infection were treated,simultaneously comprehensive nursing was conducted according to different clinical manifestations of different phases of diseases, and professional and effective directions were provided. Results Thirty-nine patients were cured and other 17 cases were improved. Conclusion Ratinal nursing is one of essential solutions to improve prognosis and quality of life of patients.
