摘  要:目的:探讨低氧刺激和低氧训练对机体心肌、红细胞、微血管、血流变和心血管系统机能的影响。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库和中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2005-06有关缺氧对心血管系统形态、结构、机能的影响以及低氧训练的作用及其机制的相关文献,检索词为“缺氧,低氧训练,心血管系统”。资料选择:纳入标准:①选取针对性强的文献。②保留近期和发表在权威杂志的文献。③同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文献。排除标准:综述文献、重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共检索到74篇相关文献,其中32篇文献符合要求,排除42篇。资料综合:缺氧刺激和低氧训练对机体心肌、红细胞、微血管、血流变和心血管系统机能都有一定的影响;合理有效的低氧训练和适宜低氧刺激可以引起心血管系统产生良好的适应性变化,机能能力提高,进而提高机体的健康水平和运动能力;低氧训练或低氧刺激选择不当,可能会导致心血管系统的形态、结构出现损伤或病理变化。结论:低氧训练、低氧适应或急性低氧对机体的心脏、血管和血液等的结构形态、生理生化指标、功能的影响非常复杂,合理利用低氧训练或低氧适应措施,对机体有良好的影响。OBJECTIVE: To explore the influences of hypoxic training and the hypoxic stimulation on myocardium, red cell, microvessel, blood flow change and the function of cardiovascular system. DATA SOURCES: The Medline database and China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) were searched for articles of the influence of hypoxia on farm, structure and function of cardiovascular system, the effect and mechanism of hypoxic training from January 1995 to June 2005 with the keywords of "anoxia, hypoxia training, cardiovascular system". STUDY SELECTION: Inclusive criteria: (1)Focused articles were selected. (2)Articles published in the near future or on the authoritative journals were used. (3) Literatures about the same circle published in the near future or on the authoritative journals were included. Exclusive criteria: reviews, repetitive articles and Meta analysis articles. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 74 related articles were retrieved, in which 32 were accorded with the inclusive criteria, and 42 papers were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: The hypoxic stimulation and the hypoxic training had certain influences on myocardium, red cell, microvessel, blood flow change and cardiovascular system. Effectively hypoxic training and adapted stimulation could cause the favorable adaptation change of cardiovascular system, improve the ability of organism, further function of promoting its healthy level and the sport abilities of the organism, If the choice was not appropriate, the hypoxic training or hypoxic stimulation might result in injury or pathological variation of the appearance and structure of the cardiovascular system. CONCLUSION: The influences of hypoxic training, hypoxic adaptation or acute hypoxia on structure, appearance, physiological and biochemical indexes, function of heart, vessel and blood of organism are very complicated. The reasonable hypoxic training or hypoxic adaptation has great effects on the organism.
