摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺对吗啡依赖性的影响。方法:复制吗啡依赖大鼠模型,观察针刺足三里穴对吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状及吗啡条件性位置偏爱的影响。结果:针刺组比模型组戒断症状积分明显减少(P<0.01),治疗后针刺组比模型组大鼠在白箱内停留时间减少,差异有显著性。结论:针刺具有抑制吗啡依赖性,对复吸行为具有潜在的干预作用。Objective ： To explore the effects of acupuncture on morphine dependence. Methods： The rat model of morphine dependence was established. The effects of acupuncturing Zusanli （ST36） on withdrawal symptoms and conditioned place preference （CPP） were observed. Results ： The score for the withdrawal symptoms in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01）. After acupuncture therapy, the residence time for rats in the white box in the acupuncture group significantly decreased as compared with that in the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture therapy may inhibit morphine dependence, and has a potential intervention effect on relapse behavior.
