摘　　要：对燃气轮机压气机静叶环电子束焊接数据进行了收集、整理和分析,得出了影响电子束焊接变形的一般规律,提出了相应的改进措施,实现了焊接变形的量化控制,达到了控制变形的目的。By collecting, arranging and analysing the electron-beam welding data for the static vane loop of the gas turbine compressor, the general law influenced on the electron-beam welding deformation has been obtained, then the appropriate improved measures have been raised to realize the quality variation controlling of the welding deformation, furthermore the goal of the deformation controlling has been attained.
