摘　　要：介绍了GH36合金大型涡轮盘锻件的生产工艺。生产结果表明,采用“电弧炉-电渣重熔”双联工艺,电渣重熔后的化学成分合格率达100%;再经过适当的锻造和热处理可以生产出合格的涡轮盘锻件产品。This article has described the manufacturing process of the heavy duty GH36 alloy turbine plate forging. The result showed that by adopting the double-united process-electric arc furnace ＆ electroslag rernelting, the qualification rate of the chemical composition after the electroslag rernelting has reached to 100%, and then with the suitable forging and heat treatment process, the qualified turbine plate forging products could be produced.
