摘  要:夹杂性裂纹是大型饼类锻件在生产中反映出来的主要问题。本文从控制夹杂物形貌(使之减少成为片状的可能)、抑制微夹杂性裂纹的聚合,以及在高温条件下塑性夹杂可被修复的规律出发,提出了大型饼类锻件锻造工艺的制订准则,并进行了实际应用。该工艺可有效控制大型管板锻件中夹杂性裂纹等锻造缺陷,大大提高饼类锻件的成品率。The inclusion crack is the main issue which is reflected in the production of the heavy disk forgings. On the basis of controlling the inclusion shape (which decreased the possibility to become sheet inclusions) and preventing the micro-inclusion cracks from gathering as well as the regulation of the plastic inclusions being healed at high temperature, this article has presented the formulating rule of the forging process for the heavy disk forgings and has undergone actual application. It has been proved that the process could effectively control the forging defects in the heavy tube plate forgings such as the inclusion cracks, etc, meanwhile the rate of the finished products has been greatly improved.
