摘  要:《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》指出:大多数学生应基本形成终身体育的意识。传统保健体育对人的终身健康有积极的促进作用,练习方法简单易行、形式多样、便于学习,在传播发展过程中表现出强大的生命力,一直跟随着人类历史的发展而延续下来。所以,传统保健体育对人的健康及终身体育的影响意义深远。The syllabus of Chinese university physical education points out that the majority of the university students should have the awareness of lifelong physical exercises. In fact, our traditional keep-fit exercises have the guiding function on people's health in mind and body, and it's easy to learn and conduct them. Meanwhile, they are various in forms. Therefore, the traditional keep-fit exercises have shown their greater vitality in the developing process and handed down from the ancient times. In some sense, the traditional keep-fit exercises have great significance on people's health and man's lifelong physical exercises.
