摘 要:以中黄13为试验材料,在大田条件下研究了大豆根系生理活性的变化及新型植物生长调节剂80%胺羧酯.甲哌可溶性粉剂对其调控的生理机制。结果表明:80%胺羧酯.甲哌可溶性粉剂处理提高了根系氧化还原能力,促进了根系分泌伤流液的能力,增加了根系伤流中氨基酸、硝态氮、铵态氮以及无机离子的含量。80%胺羧酯.甲哌可溶性粉剂通过调节内源激素来实现调控根系生理活性表达,显著提高了根系和伤流中CTKs,GAs(除R1和R2)和IAA的含量,同时降低了R7期之前的ABA含量,而在R7期显著提高了ABA的含量。此外,根系和伤流中的激素含量变化与根系生理活性变化是一致的,如根和伤流中CTKs、GAs和IAA在生育期内呈现单峰曲线,峰值均出现在R4期,而ABA含量变化呈现直线上升趋势,峰值出现在R7期。Field experiments were conducted in 2004 at Changping Experiment Station of China Agricultural University to examine the effect of PGR SHK-6 (80 % Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and Mepiquat chloride, its ratio is 1 : 5) on the physiological and biochemical character in soybean (Glycine maxL. cv. Zhonghuang 13) roots. SHK-6 was foliar applied in V7 stage at 100 mg/L, with water controlled. The results were showed: SHK-6 treatment significantly increased root physiological activity. The root activity and the volume of bleeding sap were markedly improved by SHK-6. Further- more, the flow capacity of nitrite, NH4^+ , amino acids, P, K, Ca, Mg and Mo in bleeding sap were significantly promoted by SHK-6. In whole growth stages, SHK-6 treatment significantly promoted the content of IAA (auxin) and GAs (gibberellin, except for R1 and R2 stage) and CTKs (cytokinins) in root, but markedly decreased the flow capacity of ABA, expect for R7 stages. At the same time, SHK-6 treatment significantly promoted the flow capacity of IAA and GAs ( except for R1 and RE stage) and CTKs in bleeding sap, but markedly decreased the flow capacity of ABA, expect for R6 and R7 stages.
