摘　　要：司法公正与司法效率是我国司法改革追求的两大价值目标。我国司法改革的基本思路,可从三个方面着手:推进和完善司法独立,注重程序,完善监督制度。Judicatory justice and judicatory efficiency are the two value objectives pursued in our judicatory reform. The following three aspects can be done to reform our judicatory system ： 1. to advance and perfect judicatory independence. 2. to attach importance to procedure. 3. to consummate surveillance system.
