摘 要:胚胎移植技术是现代畜牧业中继人工授精技术之后的又一次巨大飞跃,业已成为一项充分发挥优良母畜繁殖潜力的实用新技术,已广泛应用于牛的繁殖科研与生产.胚胎移植的关键技术包括供体的超数排卵处理、胚胎的冷冻保存等.近年来诱导双犊、体细胞核移植等新型方法手段的出现,进一步促进了牛胚胎移植的发展,作为一项现代养牛业中重要技术,牛胚胎移植意义重大,发展前景广阔.Embryo transfer technology is an great advance in modern graziery followed artificial insemination technology, which has become a new practical technology can educe reproductive potential of female cattle with high quality, and it has had a widespeard application in the research of propagate and production of cattle. The critical technology include superovulation of donor, embryo cryopreservation, and so on. Recently dipl - calf induction, somatic cell nuclear transplantation promote development of cattle embryo transplantation, which a significant and great prospect in future.
