摘 要:采用lectin染色法、原子吸收光谱法及电化学法就孕酮诱发人精子顶体反应,及其对顶体反应时Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Cl-离子运动情况进行了研究。结果表明:(1)孕酮可使人精子顶体反应率明显增加(P<0.05)。(2)经孕酮作用后,Na+、Ca2+和Mg2+向精子内流动,而K+外流;Cl-外流后又内流。由此可见,孕酮对人精子顶体反应时离子运动有调节作用。Objective: To determine the effect of progesterone on acrosome reaction rate of human sperm and its regulation of transportation of some ions. Design: In vitro experimental study. Setting: Department of Histology and Embryology, Shanghai Second Medical University. Subjects: Changes of extracellular ions concentrations in superatant culture media during sperm acrosome reaction induced by progesterone was studied. Methods: Acrosome reaction rate detected by lectin stain, Na +,K 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,Ca 2+ were measured by atom absorption specturum and Cl - with electric chemistry. Results: Progesterone increased the acrosome reaction rate of human spermatozoa (P<0.05). Progesterone treatment caused efflux of K +and influx of Na +,Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , and did efflux of Cl - from sperm first followed by influx into sperm cells. Conclusion: The study suggested that progesterone may involve in the regulation of electrolyte transport during acrosome reaction of human sperm.
