摘 要:目的:动态观察细胞凋亡及蛋白多糖在兔腰椎间盘退变前后的改变。方法:建立动静力失衡性腰椎间盘退变模型,分别用Tunel法和Bitter法检测造模5月后椎间盘细胞凋亡程度及蛋白多糖量的变化。结果:与对照组比较,模型组细胞凋亡数明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:退变椎间盘细胞凋亡数目增多及蛋白多糖含量的减少可能在椎间盘退变过程中起重要作用。Objective: To study the cell apoptosis and the content of proteoglycans in the degenerated intervertebral disc. Methods: Sixteen rabbits were divided into an operated group and a control group. The operated group was incised through posterior approach along spinous process and resected the supraspinal and interspinal ligament and the posterior half of the zygapophysial joint between the second and the sixth lumbar spine. The control group was only incised in the skin. The corresponding discs were removed five months later, and the apoptosis cells were examined and analyzed using TUNEL and Vidas analysis system. Results: The apoptosis cells in the control group was less than that in the operated group(P〈0.01). Also the content of proteoglycans was less in the disc of model group than in that of the control group (P〈0. 01). Conelusion: There are much more apoptotic cells but less proteoglycans in the degeneration of lumbar intervertebral discs. Apoptosis and proteoglycans changes might play an important role in the pathogenesis of disc degeneration.
