摘 要:用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和邻苯二甲酸酐在浓硫酸催化下单酯化制备邻苯二甲酸单酯化PVA(OAMEPVA)。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对酯化取代度的影响。用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征OAMEPVA的化学结构;扫描电子显微镜观察发现,OAMEPVA聚合物膜的表面形态呈聚酯树脂和羧酸盐的交织结构;测定了OAMEPVA的热稳定性,随取代度的增加其玻璃化转变温度升高,OAMEPVA羧酸盐水溶液的导电性与溶液的浓度成正比。A kind of o-phthalic acid mono-esterified polyvinyl alcohol (OAMEPVA) was synthesized from o-phthalic anhydride and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in the presence of H2S04 as catalyst. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage on degree of substitution in esterification were probed. The chemical structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The observation by scanning electron microscope revealed that the surface morphology of the membrane made of OAMEPVA featured interweave structure of polyester resin and carboxylate. The thermal stability of OAMEPVA was measured. The glass-transition temperature rose as the degree of substitution increased. The conductivity of OAMEPVA carboxylate aqueous solution was proportional to the solution concentration.
