摘 要:为解决塔器进气分布不均、气体在塔内停留时间短和脱硫效率低等问题,发明专利单切向环栅式喷射鼓泡进气脱硫装置,打破了传统进气装置的设计模式。通过喷射鼓泡使气体进入塔内吸收液,以液体为连续相,气体为分散相,增大了气液接触面积;并且,其自身的水力搅拌作用使气液固三相混合均匀。整个进气装置结构简单、不易结垢和堵塞;且把布气、搅拌、除雾滴有机自然地融为一体,极大地改善了气体分布状态,提高脱硫效率。栅口开口面积、栅口埋入深度、气量等是影响脱硫效率的重要因素。In order to solve the problems such as non-uniform gas distribution of towers, short residence time of gas inside tower and low desulphurization efficieney, the patent device of the single tangent ring bar sprayed bubbling gas distributing breaks the design pattern of traditional admission gear. It makes the gas enter into the tower through spraying and bubbling, with liquid as the continuous phase and gas as the dispersed phase, thus increasing gasfluid contacted area. Its own hydraulic stirring function leads to an even mixing of all the substances. The configuration of the gas distributing device is simple, and is not easy to block. It integrates gas distributing, stirring and demisting circulate at the same time, thus improving gas distribution greatly and enhancing the desulphurization efficiency. The aperture area of the grid, the buried depth of the grid, the gas quantity and so on are the important factors affecting the desulphurization efficiency.
