摘  要:区域供冷系统在节能、环保和运行管理等方面都具有明显的优势,国外的技术已经相当先进成熟,但在我国尚处于起步阶段。简述了区域供冷和低温区域供冷的发展优势,特别是低温区域供冷不但能够实现大温差供水,减少管网水泵造价降低水泵运行能耗,并且可以实现低温送风,能够满足人们的舒适性要求;区域供冷和冰蓄冷的结合还可以达到移峰填谷的目的,缓解用电高峰,降低电厂容量等。介绍了区域供冷在国内外的发展过程、现状及在国内的发展展望,根据实际的区域供冷工程实例进行分析对我国区域供冷的发展提出了建议,希望能对我国区域供冷事业的发展起到促进作用。District cooling system has its superiorty in energy-saving, environment protection and operation management. The technology of district cooling is quite advanced abroad, but in China it is just the beginning. The superiority of development of the district cooling system is introduced, especially the technology of cooling supply in low temperature, which not only realizes the water supply in big temperature difference and reduces the energy consumption of the pump and its rnnning cost, but also blows in low temperature and meets the comfortable request of human beings. The combination of district cooling system and the ice-storage can ameliorate the situation of electricity peak and reduce the capacity of electricity factory by moving the peak to the vale. The history, status and the future of cooling system are introduced. According to the analysis on cooling project example of factual district, some proposals to boost the development of district cooling supply in China are put forward.
