摘　　要：从传统静脉输液系统即金属针穿刺外周浅静脉的有针静脉输液系统到外周静脉留置套管针，然后发展到中心静脉置管术（Central Venous Catheter，CVC），经过临床实践和不断更新，经外周静脉留置中心静脉导管术（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters，PICC）以其优于其他无针静脉输液系统，尤其是对并发症的减少而被临床广泛认可和使用。植入式静脉输液港（Implantable Venous Access Port）简称输液港，是近年来临床静脉输液系统的最新技术，大大提高了病人的生活质量。从静脉输液系统的进展中可以看到，静脉输液越来越体现出其是一种现代治疗护理技术：（1）以人为本、以病人为中心；（2）以减轻病人痛苦为宗旨；（3）以利于临床护理操作、提高工作效率和护理质量为目标。From conventional Venous Access Devices wh/ch means puncturing peripheral superficial vein with metal needles to using peripheral venous indwelling needle , then till Central Venous Catheter （CVC）, with the constant development and improvement of clinical practice. It was found that Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters （PICC） was more better than other Venous Access Devices without needles. PICC was approved and applied widely on clinical practice , especially for it had less complication. Implantable Venous Access Port is called Transfusion Port for short. It is up to date technic of Venous Access Devices in recent years , and it can help improve the living quality of patients greatly. According to the progress of Venous Access Devices , present technic is the mondern technic of treatment and nursing care, for it embodies increasingly ： the humanistic thought which take patients as center ; the purpose which alleviate patients , suffering ; the aim which benefit clinical practice of nursing care ; raise working efficiency and promote the quality of nursing care.
