摘　　要：1996年8月，黑龙江省医院领导基于面向下世纪社会的进步、市场经济的挑战，医学模式的转变，医院自身的生存与发展等方面的因素考虑，率先在省内开展了社区服务，成立了社区医疗保险办公室，为医保病人从入院到出院的全程跟踪，实施效果表明，这是一种经济、有效、便捷的社区病人护理管理模式，值得推广。Caoutchouc factory County People＇s Hospital In Angust 1996, base on many factors, such as turning face to society improve of next eenting, chauenge of marketplace ecoriony, chang of next eentmy , challenge of marketplace ecoromy, chang of medical science model, and live and develop of hospital＇s self, the leaders of Heilongjiang provincial Hospital set up area serve firsthy in the province. The office of area medical insurance was found to fouow the tracks of patients of medical insurance in the whole course from enter hospital to leave hospital. The result indicates, this is a economic, effective and conrenient administration model of area patient of nursing, worthy of being spread.
