摘　　要：讨论了应用开发中的串行通信和网络通信程序实现问题,开发了一个GPS网络系统,实现了应用MSComm控件实时接收GPS卫星数据,并通过Winsock实时地向客户端发送。The application of GPS have been more and more popular in civil area nowadays . So it is necessary to develop GPS net system. How to develop the program in COM and net communication is introduced. The application use the msComm control to receive the real time GPS data and send it to the client by the winsock controle.
