摘　　要：本文简述了档案馆元数据的含义、功能及类型;对于国际上几种常见的档案元数据体系,如EAD、ISAD(G)、ISSAAR(CPF)、EAC、TEI、中国档案著录规则等,就其背景、结构、应用和特点进行了分析与比较,并特别分析了我国档案著录规则与EAD的区别与联系;最后提出了建立我国数字档案馆元数据标准体系的几点建议。The concept,functions and types of archival metadata are introduced,then the background, constructure,application and characteristics of some kinds of common archival metadata systerms throughout the world, such as EAD, ISAD（G）, ISSAAR（CPF）, EAC, TEI and Chinese Archives Description Rules, are summarized and comparised, and then the differences and relations between Chinese Archives Description Rules and EAD are analyzed,at last,a few suggestions on establishing Chinese digital archives metedata system are put forward.
