ZT胶在甲状腺手术切口的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨ZT胶关闭甲状腺手术切口的效果。方法135例甲状腺手术分为二组,ZT胶粘涂组75例,丝线缝合组60例,就切口愈合情况、美观、住院日方面进行比较。结果粘涂组在切口愈合,美观,住院时间方面,均优于丝线缝合组。结论在甲状腺手术中切口缝合中,使用ZT胶效果良好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of ZT glue close incision oi thyroid operation. Methods roid operation were divided into 2 groups ：stickiness group and suture silk group. Incisional heal situation,incision appearance and hospitalize time were compared between the two groups. Results Incisional heal situation, incision appearance and hospitalize time in stickiness group was superior than that in suture silk group. Conclusion The effect of ZT glue application is very well,it is worth to popularize.
