摘　　要：随着社会从工业经济时代进入知识经济时代,知识已成为社会经济发展中的主要生产要素,知识管理应运而生。文章从知识管理的内涵出发,阐述了高校图书馆实施知识管理的必要性和可行性,强调在知识经济时代知识管理是高校图书馆可持续发展的保障。As the world goes into the era of knowledge economy from that of industry economy, knowledge has become the main factor of production in the economical development, so the knowledge management emerges as the times require. On the basis of connotations of knowledge management, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of knowledge management in university libraries. It stresses that knowledge management is the guarantee for the sustainable development of university libraries in the contemporary society.
