养胃抗瘤冲剂抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：将９０只移植小鼠前胃癌瘤株的６１５系小鼠随机分成三组：养胃抗瘤冲剂组（简称中药组），化疗组及空白对照组，动态观察肿瘤生长的不同阶段红细胞免疫功能的变化，实验结果如下：（１）肿瘤生长的早、中期，中药组抑瘤作用较强，相应的红细胞免疫功能亦强，（２）红细胞可促进ＮＫ细胞活性，中药组尤为明显，上述结果表明养胃抗瘤冲剂可提高红细胞免疫功能，进而提高ＮＫ细胞活性，从而抑制肿瘤生长。0micebearingsubcutaneoustransplantationoffore-stomachcarinoma(FC)cellsweredivdedimtothreegroupsofYangweiKangliuextract(YWKL),chemotherapyandcontrol.Weobserveddynamicallythechangeoftheredcellimmunefunctionindifferentstagesoftu-morgrowth.Resultshowed:1.YWKLhadmorepowerfulinhibitoryeffectonearlyandinter-mediatetumor,andredcellimmunefunctioninYWKLwashigher;2.RedcellcouldpromoteNKactivty,especallyinYWKLgroup.ltwasindicatedthatYWKLcouldinhibittumorgrowthbymeansofimprovingredcellimmunefunctionandNKactivtydeterminedafteraddingredcells.
