摘  要:介绍了一种用于模数转换器(ADC)测试的、可以进行斜率自适应调整的斜坡发生器,在基本斜坡发生器原理的基础上,通过斜率自适应调整机制,在满足斜坡信号线性度的同时,保证了斜坡的斜率具有较高的精度,克服了基本斜坡发生器对于斜坡斜率控制不够精确的弊病,将斜坡斜率的精度提高到1.5%,而功耗却不超过10mW,并可以根据实际需要对斜坡信号的斜率及幅度进行调整,从而实现从μs到s级的任意幅度斜坡信号的产生。In this paper, a novel ramp signal generator with automatic slope adjustment is presented, which can be use for onchip testing of high resolution AD converter circuit. This configuration which is based on the principle of the basic ramp generator,introducing slope adaptive scheme,ensures the ramp slope precision but doesn't destroy the linearity of the ramp signal,so it overcomes the disadvantage of the basic ramp generator. This design develops the accuracy of the ramp to 1.5%, but dissipates less than 10 mW. In addition,this structure also can alter the ramp slope and the amplitude according to different application situation so to achieve any ramp signal generating in the time scope between μs and s.
