承气散熏浴治疗肛门常见病的临床研究

摘　　要：将４６２例肛门病患者进行分组熏浴治疗，Ａ组用自研制的承气散溶液；Ｂ组用ＰＰ粉溶液。疗效结果：总有效率、治愈率，Ａ组分别为９２．６％与３４．６％，Ｂ组为７１．２２％与１５．１２％。两组内痔、外痔、混合痔、急性肛裂患者的疗效比较Ｐ＜０．０１；两组初期肛周脓肿患者疗效比较Ｐ＜０．０５．提示：承气散的疗效明显优于ＰＰ粉溶液，且承气散药液浓度配比易于掌握，熏浴后症状明显改善，无皮肤刺激反应，是治疗肛门病简、便、廉、验的方药。Four hundred and sixty-two cases were divided randomly into two groups to detect the effect of Chengqisan as group A,and of 0.02% potassium permanganate solution as group B. The overall effective rate was 92.6% in group A, while 71.22% in group B. And the cure rate was 34.60% in group A,while 15. 12% in group B.Chengqisan could cure all kinds of hemorrhoids and acute anal fissures much better than the control group(P<0.05). Chengqisan was easy to prepare and had no side effects, Because of its advantages of being simple, convenient,cheap and effective,Chengqisan was one of the best drugs for treating anal diseases.
