摘 要:针对华能沁北电厂600 MW超临界机组的特点、安装进度及环保要求,制定了相应的化学清洗方案并进行了炉前热力系统和锅炉本体除油清洗,以及凝结水、中高压给水系统和炉本体的柠檬酸清洗,钝化介质为双氧水。化学清洗后,机组的首次起动和吹管的用水量大为减少,且汽水品质合格用时短。实践表明,沁北电厂化学清洗范围、清洗工艺的选择和清洗系统的设计是合理的,清洗质量优良。Directing against the features of 600 MW supercritical unit in Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant, progress of its installation, and requirements of the environmental protection, a corresponding chemical cleaning scheme has been worked out, and being realized. De- oil cleaning is carried out for the thermodynamic system before furnace and the boiler proper, and citric acid cleaning being performed for the condensate system, MP and HP feed - water system, and the furnace proper, the passivation agent used to be hydrogen peroxide solution. After chemical cleaning, the water demand for first start - up of the unit and for blowing pipes has greatly decereased, the quality of steam and water to be eligible, and the required time to be short. The practice shows that the scope of chemical cleaning, selection of cleaning process, and the design of cleaning system all are reasonable, the quality of cleaning is excellent.
