摘　　要：我国农村专业合作经济组织走过了十几年的历程。目前四川农村专业合作经济组织有长足的发展,但也存在一些有悖国际原则及相关法律的现实尴尬。今后,必须规范四川农村专业合作经济组织的运行机制。Summary of the essay： China＇s rural specialized cooperative economic organizations have a history of a dozen years. Sichuan rural area specialized cooperative economic organization has rapid progress at present. However, there are some realistic embarrassment that run contrary to the international principles and relevance laws. In the future, we must standardize the operating mechanism of Sichuan rural specialized cooperative economic organizations.
