论加强当前农村党群关系研究的重要意义

摘　　要：在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济条件下,农村党群关系中存在着一些新情况、新问题和新矛盾。加强当前农村党群关系研究对于提高党在农村的执政能力和执政水平,加强党的农村基层组织建设,夯实党在农村的群众基础,加强农村经济、政治和文化建设,建设社会主义新农村,构建农村和谐社会具有重要意义。With the development of reforming and opening, under the situation of socialism market economy, there are some new problems and contradictions of the relationships between the Party and the masses in rural China. -We must fully realize the importance of the research on current relationships between the Party and the masses in rural China. Based on this, we can heighten the Party ＇s ruling ability and level in rural China, strengthen the rural primary Party organizations construction, lay a foundation of broad masses of the Party in rural areas, strengthen the rural economy, politics and the cultural reconstruction, construct new socialist countryside, and construct the countryside harmonious society.
