摘 要:采用各类钻井新工艺所导致的岩屑细碎、稀少,给录井岩屑含油性现场快速、准确评价带来了严重影响,针对此问题,中原油田录井处开展了利用荧光数字图像评价岩屑含油性的技术开发研究。该技术融合了显微荧光、光学、图像技术和计算机技术等多项成果,采用混样直接采集荧光数字图像,不挑油砂样,不对岩样做特殊处理,在录井现场实现了岩屑含油性特征信息的数字化采集和原始性、永久性存储、应用,实现了自动、智能定量分析评价。其关键技术含油岩屑荧光图像特征及识别获得了重要突破,优选出3项特征要素图像色彩S、砂岩表面产状B和图像强度M,建立了识别标准及图板。经过20口井2000多个层位的统计分析,验证含油岩屑识别符合率达90%。其应用效果对比表明,荧光图像判别技术与地化、轻烃、热解和核磁共振检测分析结果具有较好的一致性,与测井、试采结果也有较好的一致性。该项技术的应用不仅弥补了常规地质录井的不足,而且提升了地质录井信息的应用价值。As the cuttings are fine and rare caused by various new drilling technology which has brought serious influence on wellsite fast and accurate evaluation for oil bearing properties of drilling fluid logging cuttings, Geologging Section in Zhongyuan Oilfield carried out the technical development study on evaluating cutting oil bearing property by using fluorescence digital image. This technology merges the micro fluorescence, optics, image technology and computer technology, it adopts the mixed sample to analyze and collect fluorescence digital image directly, and does not need to choose oil sand sample to process sample in particular, which realizes digitalized collection for information characteristics of cutting oil bearing property, original and permanent storage and application, and also realized automatic, intelligent and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Its key technology of oil bearing cutting fluorescence image characteristics and recognition, has been obtained with significant breakthrough, 3 characteristic key elements were optimized: image color S, sandstone surface occurrence B and image intensity M,and the recognition standard and chart was established. By the statistics and analysis for more than 2000 horizons of 20 wells, the distinguishing coincidence rate of oil bearing cutting has reached to 90% by practice verification. The comparing application results shows that the fluorescence image distinguishing technology has better consistency with the detecting and analyzing results of geochemistry, light hydrocarbon, pyrolysis, and nuclear magnetic resonance and also has good consistency with wireline logging and recovery testing results. The application of the technology not only made up the shortage of conventional geologging, but also improved the application value for geologging information.
