摘　　要：根据现代船舶机务管理的现状和发展的趋势,对船舶机务管理信息系统功能与业务流程进行了系统的分析,并结合J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition)框架的技术特点,提出了以高效、安全为基础的系统设计思想。基于层次化组件模式的J2EE平台的技术优势,率先提出了将系统的业务逻辑和底层实现技术分离出来,从而大大提高了船舶机务管理信息系统的可伸缩性、可扩展性、易开发和易维护性。The paper analyses the functiori and working - flow of Ship Engineering Management Information System, according to the status and the development trend of Ship Engineering Managemenr Information System,and gets an idea of system design for efficiency and security ,with characters of J2EE Archit. Based on the technological advantages of hierarchical model on the J2EE , the isolation of the bottom realzion and business logic has ＇been put forward, thus greatly improving the flexcbility, expansion, developing and mainterance of the Ship Engineering Management Information System.
