摘  要:用联大茴香胺法测定大白鼠血清中铜蓝蛋白的活力,大白鼠体外血清在旋磁场中曝磁30分钟后,血清铜蓝蛋白活力增加,而大白鼠整体血清在旋磁场中曝磁30分钟后,血清铜蓝蛋白活力无明显变化。he activity of ceruloplasmin in the serum of rats was determined with dimethoxybenz idine method.The results showed that the activity of ceruloplasmin in the sera outside the body(taken out of the body of the rats)was increased after they had been exposed to rotat-ing magnetic field for 30 minutes;while there was no remarkable change in the activity of ceruloplasmin in the serum inside the body after the rats had been exposed to the rotating magnetic field for 30 minutes.
