磁梳对鼠毛生长的影响

摘　　要：对硫化钠所致大鼠背部局限性鼠毛缺损，采用磁梳梳毛２４天，磁梳可使鼠毛生长明显加速，与对照组比较鼠毛长出时间显著缩短（Ｐ＜０．０５），鼠毛长度显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。去磁梳组鼠毛生长速度虽也比对照组为快，但与磁梳组比较为慢（Ｐ＞０．０５）。磁梳不仅使毛囊中已有的毛发生长加速，而丑可使毛囊数特别是未成熟的新生毛囊数增加及毛囊根部有丝分裂细胞数增加，与对照组和去磁梳组比较差异具有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。he magnetic comb was used continually for 24 days for combing rat hair to treat localalopecia on the back of rats induced by sodium sulfide in the experiment.It was found that,eompared with the control group,the growing period of hair was obviously shortened(P<0.05)and there was a remarkable increase in hair length(P<0.01);the hair combed withdemagnetized comb grew faster than that of the rats in the control group,but slower thanthat combed with the magnetic comb(P<0.05).Magnetic comb can not only put on thegrowing speed of existing hair but also increase the number of the hair follicles(especially im-mature and newly-grown ones)and mitotic cells at the root of the hair follicle. It is sug-gested that the magnetic comb can notably put on the growing speed of hair,with significancein statistics,in comparison with the control group and demagnetized comb group.
