摘　　要：和谐社会具有丰富的社会福利意涵,增进社会福利是提升社会成员满意度和幸福感、促进社会和谐的重要条件。从发达国家的经验分析,社会福利政策与社会福利服务之间的相互作用,在增进社会福利、促进社会稳定与发展过程中具有十分重要的意义。而在社会福利传递中,社会工作扮演了十分重要的角色。文章从分析和谐社会的福利意涵入手,以西方社会福利传递为鉴,探讨和谐社会前景下社会福利的有效传递与社会工作发展。The harmonious society has much implication of social welfare. Strengthening the social welfare promotes the satisfactory and happy feelings of social members and is the important condition for the society harmony. According to the developed countries＇experience, the mutual function between the social welfare policy and the social welfare service is of great importance to promoting social welfare and stability. Moreover, the social work plays an extremely important role in the social welfare transmission. With a reference to western social welfare transmission, the present article discusses the transmission of social welfare and the development of social work in the har- monious society based on an analysis of the meaning of the harmonious social welfare.
