摘　　要：S-57作为一种国际标准,在各个国家的应用上根据实际情况有其局限性,ENC作为该标准的执行者,也受到了一定的限制,要减少这种限制,就需要了解并分析ENC生产中存在的问题。结合生产实践,总结了部分问题,以便进行分析研究。S-57 ,qua an international standard,has limitation when appling according to different national actual satuation. As executant of this standard, ENC aslo has a certain limitation. In order to eliminate the limitation,it is necessary to find out and analyze the problem during ENC production. The paper simmarized part of problems combining practice of production,in order to analyze and research how to make this limitation decrease.
