摘 要:矿井提升机斩波串级调速方案与常规串级调速系统不同之处在于转子直流回路中加入了直流斩波器。针对矿井提升机的工艺特点,斩波开关器件选用IGCT器件。在目前的中电压大功率应用领域,占主导地位的功率半导体器件有晶闸管、GTO和IGBT等,这些传统的功率器件在实用方面都存在一些缺陷。ABB半导体公司率先提出了一种新型功率半导体器件-IGCT。它的关键思想是将改进结构的GTO与反并联二极管和门极驱动电路集成在一起,再与其门极驱动器在外围以低电感方式连接。在性能上明显优于目前广泛使用的GTO和IGBT器件。Compared with cascade speed- regulation system, the difference is that DC chopper is joined into rotor DC circuit of chop - wave cascade speed - regulation system. Based on technical characteristic of mine - well hoists, IGCT is used to be chopper . Today ordinary thyristor, GTO and IGBT play an important role in the applications of power semiconductor device for medium - voltage and high power levels. However, these traditional power devices have some drawbacks. ABB semiconductors have designed and produced a new power semiconductor device - IGCT. Its key idea is that integration of GTO with improved structure, antiparallel freewheeling diode and gate drive circuit, then connects its gate drive by low inductance. IGCT capacity is obviously beyond prevalent power device- GTO, IGBT.
