摘　　要：将行业固定资产管理平台设计为3级网络系统和3层数据库结构。系统构架包括上级管理单位、各次级管理单位及占用单位3层。由于业务处理过程中收集、处理的某些固定资产数据可能涉及到军品科研生产任务等涉密信息,各层数据库及各级软件均需要在涉密网络(或涉密单机)环境中运行。应用软件设计含基础支撑和业务管理模块。The industry capital management platform is designed into three-level of interuet system so as database structure. The ＂system structure consists of superior managementunit, hypo-level management units and possessive units. For some capital asserts data collected and processed in task processing procedure may refer to secrecy information such us armament research and production. Therefore, every database and software is run in secrecy network/computer environment. The application software design includes base support module and task management module.
