摘　　要：基于MSP430混合信号处理器的在役钢丝绳断丝检测系统由MSP430F167、旋转编码器、感应线圈与模拟信号放大电路、点阵液晶显示器、键盘阵列、串行接口、USB接口等部分构成。前向通道完成钢丝绳运动速度检测、漏磁场信号的采集、放大和转换。系统采用C语言编程,包括主程序、数据处理、显示、数据存储、AD转换、速度检测、串行通信等子程序。The detective system, which detects the broken steel wire rope in service based on the mixed signal microcontroller, consists Of MSC430F167minimum system, rotary encoder, inductive coil and amplifier, the 240＊ 128 lattice liquid-crystal display, the 3＊6 keyboard array, RS232 Serial interface circuit, USB interface and so on. The front direction realizes the steel wire rope movement Speed detection, magnetic field leakage signal gathering, amplifying and transformation. System is programmed by C language. The subprograms includes the main program, data handling, display, data storage, AD conversion, detect, serial communication and so on.
