摘　　要：当前,高等学校博士后工作管理制度在运行过程中逐渐暴露了一些弊端,面临着制度创新的紧迫任务。文章总结了中国特色博士后管理制度的基本特征,并对高校博士后工作管理制度存在的问题进行了简要分析。Since many problems emerging in the postdoctoral administrant system on operation, it is necessary to reform postdoctoral administrant system. The authors have summarized the features of the postdoctoral administrant system, and then analyzed the problems emerged in the postdoctoral administrant system.
