阿斯匹林奥昔麻黄碱单用及并用对家兔血液粘度的影响

摘　　要：对阿斯匹林（ＡＳＡ）、奥昔麻黄碱（ＯＸＹ）单用及并用对家兔血液粘度（ＢＶ）的影响进行了观察。结果表明，ＡＳＡ５ｍｇ／ｋｇ及ＡＳＡ２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ与ＯＸＹ０．１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ并用可使家兔血液粘度明显降低，并呈良好的量效和时效关系。study was made on the effect of Aspirin(ASA),Oxyfedrine and the combination ofASA and OXY on blood viscosity of rabbits,It has been found that ASA(5mg/kg)can lowerblood viscosity,and that the effect of combination of ASA(2.5mg/kg)and OXY(0.12mg/kg)on decreasing it is remarkably enhanced,with good dose-dependent and time-effectivemanners.
