土右旗木头湖高砷村192例心电图分析

摘　　要：对内蒙古土右旗木头湖高砷村（水砷含量最高为０．２３ｍｇ／Ｌ，砷中毒患病率为１０．２０％）的１９２例村民和对照组８８名居民进行心电图的测量。木头湖村村民的心电图异常率为３８．５％，对照组居民的心电图异常率为１１．４０／，二者之间有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。异常心电图主要表现为窦性心率过速、窦性心率过缓，传导阻滞，低电压和心肌供血不足。这个结果与其他地区报道基本一致。lectocardiographic examination was performed on 192 villagers with arsenism and 88villagers in the control group from Mutouhu Village,Right Tumete Banner,Inner Mongoliawhere the highest content of arsenic in water is 0.23mg/L and the incidence of arsenic poi-soning is 10.20%.The results show that the abnormal rate of the ECG is 38.5%in the vil-lagers of Mutouhu Village and 11.40%in the control group.There is a significant differencebetween the two groups(p<0.001).The abnormal ECG manifests itself by sinus tachycar-dia,sinus bradycardia,sinus block,low voltage and inadequate blood supply to the cardiacmuscles.
