摘 要:采动隔水层的稳定性模拟是研究浅埋煤层保水开采的关键,隔水层相似模拟材料的开发则是模拟实验的基础.借助正交实验方法,将备选的胶结材料硅油、水玻璃和凡士林作为影响实验的几个因素,对其变形性(弹性模量E)和水理性(渗透性v)进行正交实验,确定了硅油是最佳的低强度非亲水胶结剂,而凡士林为最佳的塑性变形的胶结材料,黏土对强度和塑性以及水理性都具有显著影响.从强度、塑性和裂隙弥合性等方面,对材料的配比进行了研究,得出了可以全面模拟隔水层的应力应变全程性质和水理性的相似模拟材料与配比.The simulation of stability of the mining induced aquiclude is very important for water conservation mining of the shallowly buried coal seam and the development of similar materials of clay aquiclude is the base for the simulation experiment. In addition, the correct selection of proper cementing materials is the prerequisite of the simulation tests. The cementing materials of silicone oil, water glass, and vaseline were chosen as affecting factors to carry out the orthogonal tests for their deformation (elastic module E) and hydrophysical properties (permeability v). The results show that the silicone oil is the best cementing material for low strength and non-hydrophile simulation, the vaseline is the best cementing material for plastic deformation simulation, and the clay has a significant effect on strength, plasticity, and hydrophysical properties. Different proportions of the similar materials were compared in strength, plasticity, and closeness of fissures, obtaining the similar materials and the right proportions which can simulate the stress-strain characteristics and the hydrophysical properties of the clay acquiclude.
