摘　　要：宝钢初轧厂的三电系统（含电气、仪表和计算机）于上世纪八十年代中期由日本公司随主体设备配套提供，投运多年后，该系统已呈现老化和技术落后状态，迫切需要改造。 本文介绍了采用GE Fanuc公司的90-70系列PLC、UNIX服务器、核心交换机和以太网等关键控制设备构成新的系统，对原系统进行改造的技术方案。重点描述了L1（生产线设备控制）、L2（过程计算机）和13（生产计划管理）系统的功能。The ＂Three Electricity system＂（electrics, instrument and computer） of the Blooming Mill in Baoshan Steel was supplied, with the main equipment, in middle period of 1980s by a Japanese company. After many years＂ operation, the system appears aging and its technology is lagging behind, which is in urgent need of innovation. This article introduces the new system consisting of GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC, UNIX server, central exchanger and Ethernet and other key control equipment and the technical scheme for transforming the old system. And the article also emphatically describes the functions of L1 （equipment control on the production line）, L2 （process computer） and L3 （management on the production plan） sys- tems.
