摘　　要：在国务院23号文件精神指引下,江苏保监局抓认识、抓协调、抓落实,取得了一系列成绩。首先是省政府领导的保险意识有明显提升,并且省政府出台了多项支持保险业发展的政策和措施;其次是农业保险的试点范围明显扩大,责任保险发展空间进一步拓宽;第三是进一步推进了江苏省保险业参与新农合的规范发展等。同时对全面落实国务院23号文件,进一步提升保险业服务经济社会的能力提出了若干措施。Under the guidance of the ＂State Council Opinions on the Reform and Development of the Insurance Industry＂, the Insurance Regulatory Bureau of Jiang Su Province took measures to implement the spirit of the document and to coordinate the industry＇s development with good effect. Firs of all, the insurance awareness of municipal officials was lifted significantly, and the municipal government staged multiple policies and measures to support the development of the insurance industry ; Secondly, the areas of agricultural insurance experimentation was greatly widened and the room of development for liability insurance was further expanded; Thirdly, the local insurance sector＇s participation into the new type of rural healthcare scheme was further promoted, The Jiang Su Insurance Regulatory Bureau also proposed many measures on continuous enhancement of the insurance sector＇s capacity in serving economic and social development.
