摘　　要：工程项目成本管理直接关系到企业的生存和发展,因而成为企业首要考虑的问题。在目前情况下,增强全员经济意识、科学预测、合理控制、恰当分析是提高工程项目成本管理的有效方法与途径。The cost management-of project item decides the existence and development Of an enterprise ,so it has become a problem to which priority should be given. At present ,raising the economic wareness,seientifk prediction, reasonable control, proper analysis are the effective ways and means to enhance the cost management Of project item.
