摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌实行保乳治疗措施的临床应用价值。方法随访观察40例临床早期乳腺癌行局部广泛切除、全腋窝淋巴结清扫加术后放疗,并辅以化疗、内分泌治疗后的治疗效果。结果40例中随访35例,至今未见局部复发与远处转移,美容效果满意率达85%。结论只要正确掌握手术指征及合理的切除范围,保证术后的综合治疗,选择部分早期乳腺癌病例行保乳手术治疗是安全有效可行的。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of conservative operation for early breast cancer. Meth. otis Forty patients with local excision and axillary lymph node dissection. After operation, the radiation therapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy were given to the patients. Results In 40 cases, 35 were followed up, no local recurrence and distant metastases were found. The rate of good cosmetic effect was 86%. Condtmion If strict indication and necessary safe marigin of resection is obeyed by, it is effective and feasible for conservative surgery in the treatment of some early cancers.
